So that we can change whenever we want. 4- Must be just playable over internet, wont be downloadable. 5- We need .fla files ( For making changes ) 6- Don't need a graphical design, We will do that ourself. But just put a very simple graphic for us to see and check the game. 7- We will need to add or remove credits to the users at any time. So the games must contain a structure that allows to our admins to change credits of the users. Also the game must tell to our database any changes that made to the user credits. 8- The winning percetages of the games must be modifiable by our admins.
