Javascript cfmx scrolling text

This project requires a javascript scrolling text function that works on all browsers. The text is in japanese characters from a sql server database and the characters are then put into a coldfusion 5 variable. I've currently tried various js functions but the ones I've tried won't display the japanese characters or they freeze in firefox or netscape. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
