Quick jQuery application by a jQuery expert. Need it fast

I need a jQuery expert to create some quick functionality for me. Should be a few hours if you know what you're doing. I need it FAST! ## Deliverables What I need is very simple using jquery and its plugins. I don't need anything original. Just fast and working. (you can use prototype if you prefer. or any other framework.) Also, don't spend too much time on looks/css. I just want fast, efficient functionality. I'll take care of the rest. Down to business: As in the picture provided, i just need: 1. a textbox where someone pastes in html/javscript code/plain text 2. when he cicks create, the textbox is cleared and a new div is created, and its .innerHTML obtains this text. (The div should be dragable and removable) 3. There are also tabs in the system. The tab the div should be added into should be the selected tab. Tabs should be deletable and addable and nameable. 4. When you click publish, I just want all the html within the light blue box, so if i were to paste it in a web browser, it should behave the same. Very easy to describe, very easy to do if you know jQuery. If you can give me something clean and QUICKLY, I'll throw in a bonus too. Awarding will be based on bid/expertise and how quick I can get it.
