423876 Social Network - Feature Add

Hey their. I am getting ready to lunch a new website. It is sorta like [login to view URL] but has it's own trend. This script is done however it needs a couple new features. One is I want a status and mood that looks and acts alot like this. [login to view URL] And that show their status on their profile. The Second feature i want done is Bulletins. Right now I have bulletins however it's completetly different then Myspaces. I want this changed. It's works compltetly different then how I need itto work. Please show me your past work. Willing to discuss budgett.. Remember: The best work and the less price is more to get my eye. I dont have alot, alot money right now and these are just 2 features.
