Web 2 SMS

Hello and thank you for veiwing my prject details. I'm looking for assistance with putting together a web 2 sms website allowing users to send free sms messages to any mobile phone. It is essential that this functions in the UK for all networks. I am not expecting the winning provider to have to build the entire website. I am looking for someone who has previous experience of web to sms, and can simply assist me, by pointing me in the right direction and possibly providing a script. I am looking for an fluent english speaker with excellent communication skills who can assit in this project right away. I have a number of projects that will follow this one, and I am looking for a very quick turnaround on each. Completion of this project will lead to commencement of the next.
