Create Joomla website based on PSD, with html 5 video

Dear Freelancer, We are in need of an experienced webdeveloper to create a website based on a design which we will supply. We'd like it to run a common CMS, we prefer Joomla 2.5 due to our experience with previous projects. The main project requirements are: - Create 3 page designs based exactly on a PSD which we will provide including custom fonts and logo: Home page design with: * Approx. 3 (custom html) modules for us to place text in * HTML 5 background Video module with flash AND image fall back. We would like to auto run and loop a subtle 3d animated background video on the home page, the video's, flash and image files will be supplied in preferred format. The player should not show any controls or progress bar, but needs to have a pause/ play button. If we need to buy a certain plugin, javascript framework, or video encoder for this, it can be arranged. * Email field for users to leave their name and email (this information needs to be send to us by email, obviously). Product page design with: * Approx. 4 (custom html) modules for us to place text in * Email field for users to leave their name and email Standard/solution page design with: * Approx. 3 (custom html) modules for us to place text in * A submenu * Place for an article * HTML 5 Video module with flash AND image fallback. In the future we would like to auto run/ loop product related video's on the product pages. The player should not show any controls or progress bar, but needs to have a pause/ play button. Again, a test video is supplied. * Email field for users to leave their name and email Furthermore, we need: - A popup or special page for downloading product brochures accourding to supplied design with the requirement of the user leaving his or her name and a valid email address. - The website is approximately 1000px wide and needs to run on all modern, popular browsers like Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE7,8,9, Opera and on mobile iOS 4 and 5 devices and Android 2,3 and 4 devices with screen resolutions of at least 800px wide. - Language selection (button + multi language website). - Implementation of Google analytics - Contact form according to our design - Installing and setting up the website to the supplied ftp (we need to be able to test-run the website and fill it with content, after which the website will need to be published to the main url).
