Joomla Classifieds Website similar to eventful.com

I previously posted a project on freelancer but I didn't describe my requirements properly. I require an international Joomla Classifieds website with automatic locator AND area selection to be built at www.theaternetwork.com. This site will be similar to eventful.com. The content for this website will mostly be provided by advertisers. Our advertisers will be theater companies, actors, theatre services, and theatre industry people. Categories will include What's On (subcategories Plays, Musicals, Stand Up Comedy etc), Auditions, Directory, Training, Jobs, etc. I must have full control of all Categories, Subcategories, Users, Prices and all functionality of the website from the Administration Control Panel. I also need full control of all fields and forms from the Control Panel. Standard integration of Google Maps, Facebook, Twitter, Comments etc will be expected. I already have an old website at [login to view URL] but it is old, ugly and only for one country. This website will need to have Facebook, Google, iPhone, iPad and Android apps built for it. This website will offer ticketing and online seat selector. This software needs to run all by itself. A SEATGRIDDER program will need to be created so that event organisers can drag a seating plan out on a Grid, like Microsoft Office Excel. The seat numbers should be easy to label on this SEATGRIDDER software. This software will be a plugin for Joomla that I plan to resell. The seats will be green if available and turn red if reserved. Buyers will receive PDF tickets for the event with barcode. This all needs to be made by you. All of these things, including the ACP need to be beautiful to look at, fast loading and intuitive. I will need to be able to contact you either via Skype or by Phone, and you need to answer the phone without leaving me waiting. This project could easily be based on available templates, components, modules, I don't mind. I just don't want any spelling mistakes or errors, and I especially don't want coding errors or images that don't resize because your coding requires a specific size image to be uploaded etc. Things should just work.
