336011 simple fix

Need to do the following. 1. integrate phpbb3 3.04 with community builder(only these 2 installed, not any integrator) 2. some users are not able to edit their own posts in phpbb3 because the edit button is not visible. Also note that the way you integrate phpbb3 and community builder should be given as a document. so that we can use it for our other sites PS: will not be escorowed until the programmer solves atleast 1 of the 2 issues
