Mailing List without a mysql database.

I need a script that will produce a mailing list for me. The site is at [[login to view URL]][1] and in the contact us page there is already a form to complete. I used to have a [login to view URL] file but it got lost when the server went down. I need to incorporate this into the site with a mailing list also in an [login to view URL] file (raw data) should I need to review the email addresses. There should be a form to send out mailing lists and for them to be able to subscribe and unsubscibe with me being able to attach files and send emails in html format but not essential. Main thing is to get a fully functional mailing list who can subscribe or unsubscribe and I can send monthly or periodic mailings to. Although this is a business website I am unemployed currently and just reopening the site so the funds are really low. The script must be integrated into the site seamlessly as the previous one was. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform currently the server is a linux based with bluhost hosting.
