Modify eGroupware - populate bulk mailer with contacts $150 bonus if done by 12AM

eGroupware is a fork of PHPGroupware and found at www.egroupware.org. [login to view URL] Currently, thre is an addressbook screen with a button that says "Email this category", where all contacts matching the selected categories (It is a list box with multiple selections) are selected and then placed into a queue for the mass emailing plugin. From the contact page, there is also an "Advanced Search" feature. I would like the resultset retuned from the advanced search to do 2 things: 1. On the search form page, I'd like the person's state to be multi-selectable, currently, only one state can be selected at a time. I want to select contacts from Michigan, OR Idaho, OR Oregon (etc.). In otherwords, make this search form multi-selectable (And the processing script reflect this as well) 2. The search form page brings up a result set. I would like these results to hook into the mass mailing feature of egroupware. There is already a mechanism that does this from the basic search page. In addition, on the 'advanced search' page, there is an option to write the resultset into a file. If you could make the resultset go into the bulk mailer, it's finished. If you can do it by 12:00 AM, PDT August 18 I will give you a $150 bonus!
