I have a template (home page and inner pages) that is a bunch of PSD files. I need an expert who can convert these to both Prestashop and Magento for me to sell on my website. This person must be able to: • Create this with clean code so I don't have continuing issues with it • Fix any bugs as they arise • Give intuitive instructions to install each template once the template is created • Be available and consistent – I don't want someone that is available sometimes and then disappears for weeks without any communication. Please apply as if this theme with default functionality. If I'm interested I'll send you the link to the files.
