Coping order info from the Magento DB to another MySQL DB

In this project I need you to create probably a php script that will be run with a cron job, and the work that will do, will be to copy the info of the new orders that are created in the Magento store, to another MySQL database in another server. The info that I want to be transferred is: the order_id, store_id, customer’s info like address etc, and most important the details of the order. For example what items are bought, quantity, prices, total price, everything that is displayed in the total view of an order in Magento. You will be able to create the new MySQL Database that the info will go to, but it should be in Amazon web services (Amazon SimpleDB). I will give you of course my account info for this. The script will be made and tested in your Magento environment and then I will put it in my system for testing. Thank you!
