Build a link generator script inside of wordpress

We need a php script that generates content based on the URL accessed. Please refer to this site as an working example for what we need: [login to view URL] On the text box, type some random word and click on purple button. The site will then generate 5 links with that given username. If you open one of the links, you will see something like this: [login to view URL] This script randomizes predefined phrases from a database, and also makes a link the the word typed on the previous page. So, what we need is a script that is similar to this one above, however, it should generate the pages on the fly based on the URL. So, I'm imagining something like this: [login to view URL]?d=20140206?r=100?u=user?n=1 "?id=" is an non-nontransferable ID, assigned to the ad. "?d=" is the date of which the script was executed. "?r=" is the predefined text that it will be used. I put "100" so the script will use the predefined text with ID number 100. "?u=" is the username, which the user will type before the script is executed, just like the example site I showed above. "?n=" number of the ad. There will be 5 ads posted each time a user submits the script. It looks kind of confusing but it should be a simple job. Please ask in case of any questions.
