101216 Edits needed to DotCom Script

I need some simple edits to my site, http://polkpages.net. One the business listing area (this is the main site) 1. Need to add in Zipcode field in search box, listing info. 2. Make the logo's NOT have a border around them & not linked to the photos page. View a listing to see what I mean. 3. Make listings have an option to NEVER EXPIRE in admin area, instead of the 1 day, 365 days etc... as it is setup now, this way I don't have to readd listings every year, month, etc. Mods to Event Listings Area = [login to view URL] (this is a dotcom script as well) 1. Make email address field for listings NOT REQUIRED. 2. Search Feature - add in a feature to search by cities. Cities need to populate as added to listings, just like my business listing script does now. 3. Be able to list/view events by city/state or keywords. Right now it only allows keywords. Don't make either a required field, so this way the viewer has a choice in which they which to search by. Hopefully I explained all this in enough detail, any ?'s let me know. I am in no rush for the edits, but would like them done asap. Let the bidding begin.
