107291 Sales Lead Tracking Program

We manage a network of worldwide transportation companies that exchange Sales Leads amongst themselves. We are looking for an internet solution for our members that will: a) Include a Master Account to add new Users by means of sending them an email with a password/to delete Users and to view a summary of activities of all Users. b) Allow user to plug in the password and establish a Primary Account for their company / allow Primary Account to send Secondary Users (who would be internal employees using the system) a password so that they can, themselves, set up their own accounts. Each User Account will specify the locations that they cover in the format of Airport Codes (ie LHR, JFK, FRA, LAX, etc) and time frame (days) by which a response is needed c) Allow Primary and Secondary Users to input Sales Leads in a standard format which would include an ability to either designate which User the Sales Lead would be routed to based on inputting the Airport Code (ie if the Sales Lead relates to LHR, there may be 3 Users in that location and you should be able to select which specific User the Sales Lead gets routed to). d) An email would be generated to notify the relevant party that a Sales Lead is pending. e) Upon logging into the system, each User would see a summary of Sales Leads that they have themselves generated and the Sales leads that are pending from other Users indicating time remaining to respond. Responses to Sales Leads can be entered and there would be an on-going thread showing inbound and outbound correspondence - each with a time frame for response. Sales Leads can be closed (by using a number of drop-down options such as Gained / Outbid / Lost to competitor, etc) The entire system has been spec'ed out on a screen snap shot templates that can be provided to interested parties.
