TEXT BOX : Any addition comment SUBMIT = ADDED TO DATABASE = EMAIL SENT TO USER USER EMAIL Hello USERNAME, There has been an update on your quote "ID number" Please click here to review (link directly to quote) VIEW QUOTE ONLINE INCLUDES, Original details + Additional Feedback + Quote ACCEPT / DENY or REPLY with additional comment ONLY LOGGED IN USERS DASHBOARD (VERY SIMPLE) User profile, add / edit Create new quote Current quotes Past quotes IF ACCEPTED+++++++++++++++++++++ ACCEPT = Marked as accepted on system USER IS GIVEN A PRINTABLE FORM WITH FOLLOWING USERNAME + ADDRESS + PHONE NUMBER + QUOTE ID ADMIN = RECIEVED EMAIL TO CONFIRM ITS BEEN ACCEPTED ELSE ++++++++++++ User can DENY = Quote is then marked as denied User can REPLY = New message added to quote, Admin notified via EMAIL with the option to reply and or change the quote FINAL STAGE +++++++++++ MARK AS COMPLETED BIDDERS MUST ###### BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH! HAVE COMMON SENSE! if you're not sure, ASK!
