I need an experience web developer or web scraper to create a web scraping service site such as needlebase - the formal web scraping service that was shutdown. Please refer to this video to see how the site worked: [login to view URL] I would like the site features to be exactly or close to needlebase. I would like visitors to be able to register and create projects and pay for their extracted records before they can download them in csv, xml etc.. i don't really care about the design, just implement the features. Please don't bid if you can't start immediately! A server workspace would be provided for you with ftp access. Please include a past web scraping related work when bidding. My budget for this is about $400
