A REAL video sharing script needed - not a worthless youtube clone

What is needed is a stable *Working* video sharing script that includes web community/group integration features and a real working video file conversion (on the fly) script to convert all major video formats to flv (flash) format. I need the real deal, I am not looking for any of the current overly distributed and pirated "nullified" youtube clone scripts. These have already been tested - and failed to function. I currently have a custom script installed that has the features of a video sharing site that integrates video topic channels, group categories, member created groups, comments, ratings, member profiles & RSS feeds. What it is lacking is file uploading capabilities and video conversion. I am looking for professionals that have a live working script (main page and admin interface). Proof of script capabilities and continuous support is a must. Please don't spam me with offerings of the non-working "youtube clones." The budget that is shown is not set. It shall remain negotiable based on what you are able to offer. Show me what you have to offer.
