Asterix IVR application

Hello all I am looking for a young and talented creative individual who can actually get stuff done with already platform and descriptions i have on asterisk and php . I want to create an IVR system where people call in a particular DID assigned to a particular user on my system , they would be to get the information imputed by this user based on DTMF typed in by this user on his control panel . Program Follow: Clients Panel and Admin panel 1. Admin Panel Oversees everything , delete account , CDR Checks , Add new user for client side, DID mapping to a particular Client created on the Admin panel, general usage of the entire site, Enabling and disabling of Client on the database 2: Client side : Create DTMF based greetings , Add account of his customers , Delete , Edit , When customer calls he should be able to input details via phone and it calls back what ever is being added to the database , like account balance ,transfer option , Talk to customer representative which could be redirected to Skype calls , CDR Logs Basically if a client whom owns his own username and password created by the Admin , if he adds for example a customer James Mark , when James Mark calls the DID assigned to this client , James mark would be able to check current details inputted by this client side , which the client would generate an account number and pin for James mark to access this client side panels , like account balance , with date and time it was posted , His name would be mentioned also when called . I would further provide a flow chat on this to simplify it to whom ever gets this job , Just low cost i can provide windows server or Linux servers any day also help in the programming and better understanding with the developer..Just too lazy to do it my self
