Hit/Click/IP Tracking System with User I/F

I am looking to get a system developed that tracks Hits/Clicks, IP address and possibly sales depending on price. The system will work like HyperTracker and allow you to create a campaign in the system and then that will contain your destination url, allowing multiple campaigns to be monitored through this system. The system must contain a user interface and intergration of some form of monthly/quarterly/yearly payment system (paypal would be fine) I would like this model to be developed alone the same lines as [[login to view URL]][1] with the option to upgrade and intergrate new features into the system as and when the need arises. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This is a Web based system but its important that it works well with Internet Explorer, Netscape and Opera
