I need a addon to a site developed for a land surveying company: 1. the user needs a the ability to register with basic info.. name address phone username password etc... 2. the user can then login and add his survey requests. a form similar to [login to view URL] 3. the user also needs the ability to login and view the results of old surveys and download pdf of the surveys... 4. the admin need the ability to login and view all survey request new and old... then add info like when the survey will be done when it is complete and upload pdf files of the complete surveys... 5. a few reports would be good like, surveys that have not been started, surveys that are scheduled for today or a certain date completed surveys... etc...
