Re-write Perl script and edit HTML form

First of all, I am a very good person to get along with and work with as long as we can communicate well with each other. Right now I have a website order form (in HTML) that is interacting with a Perl script I wrote a long time ago that takes simple order data (name, address, email, payment info, etc) and sticks it into a database (MySQL), emails me, emails them, and then redirects them to a "thank you" page. It works decently, but there are some things it doesn't do that needs to be done, as well as the addition of live credit card validation, for which I have a PDF from my processor that tells exactly how to use HTTPS Post to submit the data (attached) Here are my fields for the order form: First name, last name, address1, address2, city, state, country, zip, phone number, phone extension, email address, cardholder name, card number, cvv number, expiration month, expiration year, card type. My script needs to be re-written to where it can handle error checking in the form (which I can tell you the details about), and then needs to be able to support the live processing using the info from the PDF. If the submission is successful, it redirects them to the thank you page. If not, it kicks them back to the order form and tells them what was wrong so they can correct it and try again. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
