Mobile application for android, blackberry, iphone

We are a? commercial real estate company, looking to create a mobile app (for **iphone, android, blackberry**) for building tenants to submit building requests and communicate with corporate office. would be similar to the buttons/content offered on this page: <[login to view URL]>? Tenants will need to **create an account** (filling in contact info) which would be stored and going forward it would automatically log them into the main interface where they? will access 5 main sections where they can submit tenant requests. The submitted requests would **send an? email notification**? to our corporate office or building staff as well as log this information in our database (SQL). ? Sections: Temperature, Maintenance, account questions, referrals and leasing. When clicking on one of these buttons they can **submit a form** (containing their contact info that is pre-stored) and include additional fields pertaining to that request. Publish App: We would need? the app? to be published on app store, android market, appworld. Design: Need design specs (We will design in Photoshop or desired program) Hosting: Need details about how to host an app. Updatable: App should be updatable for? additional features? in the future? ## Deliverables please see wireframe of app interface on attached zip file.
