69730 Simple Order Form Needed

I need an order form that would do something like the following: [login to view URL] It would show how many in stock (i should be able to change this amount if I want to in the script), when and order is received it would drop unless admin updates to show more being available. Pretty simple work here for any experienced php programmer. After configuring, it gives the user the confirmation of what they inputted, then the option to make payment either using paypal or 2checkout. That's all there is to it, pretty simple, if you have similar script, please provide demo. Need this done quickly.
