Hello. If you need to login to websites it would be difficult to build php script to login and scrape data. Especially if the site using javascript. But I can build Windows application which will login to the sites, scrape the data and then upload to your site through ftp in any form: xml, json, txt. Or to post it to some script on your site. It can be scheduled. Do you have the import part on your site already? If not, I can try to help with it also. But I need to know what framework your site uses. After initial build it would cost $100 for each additional site you want data to scrape.
