ASP.net Website Assistance(repost)

Most of the work posted below is completed. I just need some assistance in getting this configured to the web server. getting databas login errors. I have completed a website that displays records in a gridview. the user hits an edit button and this opens an update panel in which the end user has the ability to update records to a SQL Server 2005 database. Within the application I am using a SQL RoleManager to limit the records that a user can edit to their own records, as well I have an additional page that uses this technology to limit who has access to this page. All of this works from visual studio but now that I have deployed this to IIS I am having some issues. The deliverables for this project would be as follows. I need to resolve the issue with the SQL Role manager from IIS. I believe this is related to setting in [login to view URL] file. When the user selects edit linkbutton and the updatepanel diplays the record and the user performs some type of action and closes the panel. When the next record is selected via the edit linkbutton. The previous record shows in the update panel and then it takes a second for the new record to show. I need to somehow handle this so that the users recognizes that there is a delay or to clear the screen until the new record shows. this has something to do with postback functionality on update panel. Have spent a lot of time trying to resolve with no results. Lastly, I need to some assistance with setup on IIS(5.1 and 6.0). I really need someone who has experience with IIS to remote my machine and get this setup. If this could be handled by creating a setup project this would be most optimal. If I could get someone to help complete this work prior to Wed(6/30). I would be willing to provide a bonus. For an experienced programmer. This should take less than 6 hours of work.
