Convert PHP Install Tracking System to NodeJS

The winning developer will take existing source code from PHP and port it to Node. We need to take advantage of the async nature of Node and build a web-based API port of what we have already in PHP in node using: - Restify - Redis - Mongo The logic of the current PHP code does the following and it needs to be ported to Node. - Receives pings from 3rd parties who call a get request with passed parameters - reconciles those pings with other data that we're already storing in mysql - Based on reconciliation, fires a separate eventable call in Node to forward the request to the appropriate partner - Log the data in the mongo db All source code of the php will be provided, provided that the developer signs an company provided NDA
