I require a desktop app/gadget, that shows stock levels and sales figures from our Stock Control System. This app must be able to warn if stocks are low and show weekly, monthly and Yearly figures. Be able to toggle between 2 main importers UK and USA and show their data. Need to be able to go to low stocks within our SMS (Stock Management System) from the app/gadget Access from the gadget to our SMS must be secure. (All data is currently within our SMS) All interlectual property will belong to us, this is a FIXED bid project, payment on completion.

Dear ATGproperty, I think you missed to point out what languages, frameworks and API are to be utilized. I personally code in more than a dozen languages (and counting!). I have some 15 years of experience in all aspects of programming, from web development to engineering applications. Something important: I am a stock and futures trader, so I know the matter and this is important, you dont want to explain financial intricacies to the choosen freelancer. Seriously, it seems to me hard work, you need a professional to get it done, so you need me. My rates are higher, but I guarantee results. I hope we can work togheter, after all it seems to me even an interesting project :)
