Create a PhotoBooth software

I am seeking a VERY experienced software developer to write a green-screen photobooth software for me. compatible for Windows 7, Vista, Windows XP, Mac OS X You must have previous experience. please provide all previous work you've done and indicate which part of the software you've worked on. Please provide app links of your previous works. FREQUENT UPDATE IS A MUST. I can not work with those who can't be online often to communicate. You MUST be familiar with the greenscreen technology, "chroma keys" effect, if you don't know it, google it.
