We have FreePBX install with multilevel IVR as follow: Welcome to Company Press 1 English Press 2 Language 2 If Customer Press 1 than Press 1 for Support Press 2 for Admin Press 3 for HR Press 4 for Billing If Customer press 1 to 3 than they should receive SMS for feedback as below: Content of SMS will be “Thanks for calling Company. Kindly give your feedback from 1 to 5 on 5050 by sending sms as FED 1 to 5050” This needs to modify in FreePBX. Everything is install only above mention customization is require. We will provide SMS gateway and API details to integrate.
