Web App for monitoring a few specific RSS feeds

Goal: Tracks changes in specific rss/xml feeds and alerts the user of these changes Parts of the system: 1) Registration – account creation a. Login via Oauth b. License will limit the account to 1 feed c. By paying $y you can extend it to 5,10, 20 etc. d. Payment by paypal 2) User interface for managing feeds and settings a. User can enter specific feeds to track - each feed has a sister feed. i. System checks the URL is valid and indicates it with a green check b. User indicates the email/s to contact when changes are made c. User indicates which of the related feeds they want to track d. User indicates if they want a daily report or realtime reports (may be many each day) e. User indicates how much of a change needs to occur in order to be alerted. (we dont want to alert for very minor changes) 3) Monitoring System a. System monitors changes to the feeds - some in realtime and some daily 4) Alerting and reporting system a. System sends email to the user indicating the change in traffic or edits. b. Email templates will be provided
