fix nginx home directory and issue with vsftp user rights

I've just installed new root server with nginx, php5 fpm and mysql. Now I want homedirectory/virtual block for nginx to start working and displaying directory for example.com. I tried it before but it doesn't work. After that I've installed vsftpd for ftp. It worked fine, but now I cant connect anymore. Home directory can't be displayed anymore (especially sub-directories). I think there is an user rights issue. Please write down your workingsteps to understand it better for me.
