Accelerated Life Testing

VBA routine with simple interface that can perform accelerated life testing. Specifications: 1. Routine have options to take right or arbitrarily censored data 2. Input variables (Start variables, end variables, accelerating variable, censoring data) 3. Options to select type of distribution (extreme value, weibull, exp, normal, lognormal, logistic, loglogistic) 4. Options to select type of relationship for accelerating varialbe (linear, arrhenis, inverse temp, ln(power)) 5. Estimate percentile? for different predictor values and? probabilities for times (with user specific confidence level and 1 or 2 tail interval) Attached is an excel file with 2 sheets, input and output. The input sheet shows the input variables. 1. Variable (This is the failure time variable) 2. Accelerating variable (this contains temperature values, failure is accelerated by temperature) 3. Censor (Life data is right censor, 'C' denotes censored data) 4. Design (Contains the design temperature) The output sheet shows the output data that should result from the analysis.
