Betting website screen scraper

I am looking to get a specific system running involving scraping betting websites. Requirements: 1. Major UK betting sites to be scraped and prices collated (up to 15 sites) 2. Betting Exchange to be scraped for prices and volume (1 site) 3. Data to be collated into a web page* 4. Code to be based on internet servers 5. Website to be built with password protection to enable specific users access (I will retain admin rights) * Data to be presented in a simple format that has specific features to include: Data MUST include TIME, HORSE/TEAM NAME, COURSE, BOOKMAKER NAME, BOOKMAKER DECIMAL ODDS, EXCHANGE DECIMAL ODDS, EXCHANGE LAY VOLUME, EXCHANGE VOLUME TRADED ON RACE. Website/page to include: 1. show/remove bookmaker 2. enter exchange commission 3. sort by volume 4. sort by price 5. sort by price difference 6. ROI calculation based on commission rate 7. sort by ROI This will require regular maintenance as as such a fast accurate programmer is required for this work. You must have past experience of working with UK betting sites. You shall have good working knowledge of servers, data and website security. Data scrape to be every 60 seconds or less with immediate availability on web page which shall auto refresh. Please see the example screenshot. PM for any further detail required.
