To complete existing Joomla website, To add and create the E-Commerce

To: - Complete or re-design the existing demo Joomla website using the same CMS (Joomla) - To Add E-commerce to the website. Customer should be able to browse the website to retrieve the information they need. They should be able to log into their profile. Place a new order using their credit card, check their existing or previous order. The should be able to see their order history and payment. If customer calls in and they would like to place order over the phone, our Agent should be able to log into the website (back panel) and their right allow them to place an order on the customer's behalf and submit the order. Agent can obtain the customer CC information and run the transaction in a separate application while they have the customer on the phone. We have both products and services. The Agent or administrator should be able to define the service so that every month on a certain date a specific customer get billed for that service and an invoice get generated under that customer profile. If the above scenario is not possible for any reason, Agent should be able to login and generate the invoice for the specific service manually under the specific customer.
