Database driven Recipe website with advertising

Only people / companies that have a database they can give me, as part of the service. I need inexcess of 5000 recipes, each of their ingredients must be in its own field, NOT in a memo field, so each ingredient needs to be separate. The technique and measurments also needs to live in their own little fields. That way I can change from metric to other measurements. Included in your database will be areas for pictures. I have also been burnt by MANY indian developers, and I wont use them, phillipino's are welcome to apply, along with other strong moraled hard working people. BUT most of all, I DONT want a big list of your portfolio, I will simple flag you as not intresting, you need to supply your website that ALREADY has the recipes on the site. Therefore you wont waste anyones time. There is a little more to this site with a unique concept, but it wont add to the complexity. The site will earn revenue from socila media, SEO and advertising, unless you bring these skills, dont pitch for this.
