Design, integrate and customize hosting site with WHMCS

Our website is [login to view URL] and we have already done a lot of the design. We want the banners to be adjusted so they aren't so high and the page so long (200px roughly - we attached the newer design of the shorter page with the new banner area). Page needs to be optimised and cross browser compatible with alternate css styling etc for older browsers so it renders nicely. Need pages designed for product pages that have 3 plan comparisons on each page with details below with icons. Needs to fit and integrate with current homepage design. Need page designed for knowledgebase (needs to pull content from WHMCS). Will require search function, and to display the 10 most recently added articles and the 10 most popular. Will need to setup search results page too. Need Frequently Asked Questions page with search and a list of categories with icons such as Domain Names, Email Hosting, Website Hosting, SSL Certificates, Site Builder, Online Marketing, Billing & Accounts, General. Need service/server/network alerts page to integrate with WHMCS. Need page design for about pages Need career page where jobs are displayed and where people can send us their resumes Need news centre page design which lists news items by dates etc and people can view full news items. Need tips n tricks blog article area Need contact page that has contact details and a list of forms that they can click on to send a particular form - see [login to view URL] Need to setup domain name search results page to integrate with WHMCS Need to setup ordering process to integrate with WHMCS but to display in our design nicely showing which step they are on of how many steps. Once this is all setup, there will be ongoing work with the setup of the client area, webmail area, a cPanel theme, email templates and other possible work if we are satisfied with your design work and fast turn around. We really require a super fast turnaround of the pages to be designed in PSD/JPG to show us the "template" or layout of each of the pages outlined above, and then require a fast turnaround on the implementation. Looking to keep the design nice and appealing - environmental feel - but reasonable fast load time. Happy for any design changes/ideas/feedback.
