Development of website for book lovers

I need a cleanly-designed, fast-loading website that displays stories, poems, books, etc. Please read the requirements carefully. The budget is no more than $500. 1. Display books / documents in PDF format. 2. Allow signup of authors and readers. 3. Readers can search books by author, category, date, style, etc. 4. Allow upload of books / stories / poems in Word / Text / JPEG format AND AUTOMATICALLY CONVERT TO PDF format (for IP protection). Must automatically create non- copy / paste / print PDF. 5. Author's upload form includes author name. document title, category, date, etc. and this information is used as search fields. 6. Will have admin moderated blog integrated to site 7. Each site registration, document upload and blog comment should have Facebook LIKE button enabled. 8. Slideshow on main page 9. Admin backend CMS. 10. PHP / MySQL. The most important module / element of this project is the upload and auto-conversion of various document file formats to PDF, which must be non-copy / paste / print.
