Multi-Sellers website like ebay using oscommerce or opencart

Hello, I run a trading company and below is my website needs. I read many places and concluded OScommerce and OpenCart is the best platform for this as there are many talents available who are familiar with it so my future maintenaince will be easy. But if you have something in mind, please share with me. Details for the ecommerce site. 1) Multi sellers, like ebay, with ratings and feedbacks for sellers and buyers. 2) I would like the internal organisation of information to be similar to ebay, basically into a few sections: a) Buy b) Sell c) Shop Management d) Account Settings I will provide details on this upon commencement. 3) The main site and management site should be able to display all languages including Asian languages, with the help of a translation file which can be added at a later stage. We will deal with the English version first. 4) When listing a product to sell, the interface and information to be added should be similar to ebay, and organised neatly in a single page. 5) I require a function that allows a seller to input a URL of an ebay item and the website will be smart enough to duplicate the listing and let the seller edit on it to form a product listing. thanks.
