shipping rate models (USPS/UPS), and payment modules installment

i need someone/firm to help install shipping rate estimators (UPS and USPS). The modules are intended for customers to choose shipping methods and rates depending on their urgency and budget. These two modules (API) are available. I can provide a link where you can download them. The shipping will need to be added to the cost for the goods a customer wants to order. Also I will need to have payment modules installed, paypal is one method and [login to view URL] is likely to be another (I am waiting to get an ID in a week or so it would take quite some days for me to decide who should take the project. Also I need to have the zen cart template modified in a way that ALL pages are using [login to view URL] or https://www.domains.com. For efficiency, I'd prefer a person who has successfully installed those modules for a zen cart online store before.
