We're a residential real estate brokerage company. We help our clients buy and sell homes in our market area. We want a complete, new website that generally has the look, feel, and functionality of this site, just with our company, logo, and color palette: [login to view URL] The purpose of our website is to serve as the internet presence of our brokerage. Our website should be inviting and utilitarian, providing individuals who are thinking about buying or selling a home with the useful tools they will need to facilitate the process. Our website should enable us to capture new clients and to convert warm leads into closed real estate deals. We’re not technical, but we like several websites built using Agentpress (by Studiopress) templates for Wordpress.
