Wordpress+template customization

I need a wordpress web site to be customized for my business. Website must support Turkish characters! I have the domain on godaddy and host on alantron. What you have to do is connecting the domain with the host, setting up wordpress and template which I will provide. Dashboard does not have to be in Turkish but site must support Turkish characters as all content will be in Turkish! I will provide all content, images, embed codes and etc. What you have to do with the site is making the layout by referring the examples I give you. Please provide your similar works you have done before. What I want you to show me is the original template and the result after your customization in separate links or images. My budget for this project is $110 (after freelancer commission cut, you will be earning $100)
