Convert FoxPro v2.6 (DOS) Code to SQL Query Statements

I have an old FoxPro version 2.6 (DOS) program that is currently being converted to ASP.NET and i have a .PRG file that has all the logic in it that i need to recreate some of it. I need some help understanding the syntax of the program. I need some SQL SELECT Statements created from the underlying code. The old program has the following menu item selections. 4,28 SAY "1) PRINT BILLING SUMMARY" 6,28 SAY "2) PRINT ALL BILLS" 8,28 SAY "3) PRINT ONE BILL" 10,28 SAY "4) PAYMENT HISTORY" 12,28 SAY "5) PAYMENTS" 14,28 SAY "6) REFUNDS" 16,28 SAY "7) REPORTS" 18,28 SAY "8) TRANSMITTALS" 20,28 SAY "9) FEE SCHEDULE" I need someone to logically tell me which tables are being used and what an equal SQL SELECT statement would be for the following procedures. 4,28 SAY "1) PRINT BILLING SUMMARY" 6,28 SAY "2) PRINT ALL BILLS" 8,28 SAY "3) PRINT ONE BILL" 12,28 SAY "5) PAYMENTS" 14,28 SAY "6) REFUNDS" 18,28 SAY "8) TRANSMITTALS" The program is very basic so it shouldn't take a pro long to figure it out. I just don't know the syntax very well and i really don't want to learn it. I have attached the .PRG file with the code in it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
