CSS web site design

Hi, I require a CSS website design, here is my wish list :) 1, Must be unique. 2, Must be CSS and XHTML (transitional/strict). 3, Must compliment the logo attached (you can tweak logo if needed). 4, Must have front page and at least one type of sub page. 5, Must look clean, modern and professional. 6, This is for business to business so the site should reflect that. 7, Nice icon's and pictures should be used as you see fit. 8, All graphics, icons, photo's etc should be royalty free. 9, A quick job would be nice (less than a week). Other notes: The site is to promote a high quality email service using Microsoft Exchange and other types of email. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Site will run on: Apache/PHP/MySQL Code will be edited with Microsoft Expression web, this is a pretty standard CSS editor though Images to be vector if possible and PSD's etc
