Work with API from Rackspace for Cloud DNS

Hello, I need someone that can work with this new API from rackspace. The purpose of this API is to manage DNS information. 1) I need a form where I can search for a domain in my account through this API. 2) Once a domain is found I need to be able to edit the DNS records for this domain. 3) I need to be able to add/edit/delete A, CNAME and MX records for domains. 4) I need to be able to Add new domains as well and add A, CNAME and MX records . I have attached an API guide. I need this project done fast. I need someone who can get this done in 1 day or less from today. I want this to be written in PHP. I also need you to Highlight where I can change the API access key - this parameter can change at any time and I need to know where I need to go to edit this.
