Joomla website component needs HTML editor

I'm a U.S. based, English speaking developer with over 15 years PHP/MySQL experience. I've specialized in Joomla based development since 2005 with over 1,000 Joomla projects completed. I've done this fix (WYSIWYG editor loading instead of a regular textarea) inside Joomla components before and if you use an editor like JCE you can even customize what buttons are available on the editor to frontend users.
