I am in need of an experienced professional to perform critical admin tasks for my business. Must be able to work my time zone 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (Australian time) Key responsibilities: - Answering phone calls and ensuring appropriate communication - Efficient scheduling of appointments - Managing email correspondences Applicants should be highly proficient with: - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software - Jobber - Mailchimp Those with advanced level of experience in administrative work, particularly in a virtual capacity, are strongly encouraged to bid. Profound understanding of the aforementioned software tools is imperative for this role. Organizational skills and ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously will also be highly valued in the selection process. Please indicate your relevant experience in your bid.
