Back-end software developer - web app

Hi guys, I'm developing a new web application (service - named leansight - LS) and need one (ca. full time) very good software developer for this. I would like to commission specific tasks and check / approve them as they are completed before going further. The target service will be sort of curated marketplace for several support services. It will need to be light and quick and will demand partly integration with existing collaboration API based solutions (like google hangouts). Here I'm looking only for good back-end developer: I already have a good graphic designer and front-end developer - you will have to work together to some extent.
