Bitcoin website development - sample project

We have total 20 phases development for our website and we can continue to work on further stages upon completing the sample work. As a sample task, can u create one very simple login farm (just name, email, and password fields, country, mobile number are enough) and show me the output, so that we can proceed further with the rest of the phases development. Through this simple form, user can be able to signup, from which the user will get an email with verify link, then the user will verify & login, the the user can see his bitcoin wallet id and can send/receive bitcoins from any other wallet from the user's Bitcoin wallet id.
