Build me a gaming app and website in Core PHP

We are looking for someone who can create quiz website as well as mobile app ( android and ios ) compatible. We may need to add a few more activities after a mutual discussion. Below are the requirements Registration by a customer Winner selection at the end of day for each of league matches Presentation of the question to user Winner selection of semifinal Winner selection of final customer record-points and point accumulation, total spend by customer, total prizes to customer Draft the t&c User enters mobile number….gets OTP…gets registered on application Create a customer profile which includes his PAN, address, contact number, name, Email Registration. Edit of any of the details should include a combination of passwords on email and mobile number. Email id and mobile number should not be allowed to change and this condition should be included in the t&C While login communication to be send to user to complete their profile to become eligible to claim prizes Create a customer wallet where he can see the points accumulated, gifts won and money spend to buy tickets Create a customer performance where he can see the status of each of his questions and the no of points credited for each question Every time the customer answers the question correctly instant credit of points to be done in his wallet. Question to be presented when the user is logged in or [login to view URL] the user is not logged in he should be prompted to log in to ensure credit of points to his wallet. Question not to be repeated to the user who has already answered for that day. Logic to be built in that even if the same question gets repeated and the user answers it 2nd time, points gets credited only once When the user answers a question(in logged in state), user should be prompted to buy a ticket of the match before the point gets credited and his entry goes to the database of eligible users for that match. The user to be asked if he wants to buy ticket using his existing points or using paytm When the user entry goes to the data base of eligible users he should be given a communication over mobile and/or email for the status of his answer When the user successfully registers he should be given a communication over mobile and/or email for the status of his answer Details of Winner of each day to be sent to all participants. Decide the time.
